Pure Pilates NYC is a space to RETURN TO SELF.

I am committed to providing and maintain the highest level of service and instruction, while honoring the integrity of the Pilates Method to improve the overall health and well-being of each of my clients. Each session is tailored to meet individual needs, goals and physical capabilities utilizing the principles of Pilates throughout all the stages of life.

 


 

Private Sessions. $125

Customized one on one session with yourself and an instructor utilizing the pilates apparatus and mat work.

Duet Sessions. $85pp

Yourself and another individual with one instructor utilizing the apparatus and mat work.

In-Home Pilates Session. /Pricing Available Upon Request.

A unique opportunity for a private pilates session in the privacy and convenience of your own home or office. Focusing on floor/mat work with small props, for a customized workout. Pricing available upon request, please contact purepilatesnyc@gmail.com.

Studio Policies

All sessions are by appointment only.

  • All sessions are 55 minutes in length from scheduled time of appointment|

  • Payment is expected at appointment time of session.

  • All appointments are subject to the standard 24 hour cancellation policy.
    Should you cancel late, you will be charged the full session rate. Please kindly respect this policy as it effect other students as well as the instructor's schedule.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment, this will give you an opportunity to relax before your session and refocus your energy.

  • Please wear comfortable, modest clothing that enables full range of motion movement.

  • Pilates socks are preferred.

  • For certain medical conditions, a doctors letter may be necessary. Please be sure to update the instructor to any changes in your medical history that may effect your session.

  • A studio waiver and health questionnaire must be completed before your first session and will remain on file.
